Submissions

Oral communications

Oral presentations will be 15-minutes long, followed by 5 minutes of discussion and should be submitted and presented by the first author. Each attendee can present only one oral communication as first author. A computer with Windows and PowerPoint will be available at the sessions.

Posters

Posters should not exceed 120 cm of height and 85 cm of width. Material for affixing the posters will be made available at the meeting.

English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Thursday, September 11

19:30–00:00 - Visit to Guimarães (Guided walking tour of the historical center of Guimarães and dinner at Restaurante Histórico)

Friday, September 12

21:00 - Closing dinner at Mercado das Tapas

Noite Branca (White Night)

On the 13th, the day following the end of the meeting, there will be a city-wide event with live music and shows called the "Noite Branca" (White Night). Everyone is encouraged to dress in white and this is what last year was like. You may want to stay a little longer in Braga and attend!
